DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE AS THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR SUBCONTRACTORS NOR DO THEY RETURN EMAILS, NOR PHONE NUMBERS

I was a sub contractor for the Mukilteo, Wa division- worked my butt off, and not 1 time did i get check that was promised- i would work 7 days a week and my check would be $500.00 - that is about 1.5 jobs, i did a job a day- sometimes 2 jobs a day, i brought the checks back to them so i know they got paid, but i would not get paid. They will NOT reply to emails, or phone calls.

There is a Sub contractor review website and it seems that it is the way they do their business, they make all this money because the legit do not pay their people.

I have a wife that has been working on this issue for 5 months now, and she will not stop till we get paid- they owe me at least $6,000.00. So Please do not call this company- do not support them.

  • Everything you can imagine

Preferred solution: to get paid, and to pay all the other sub contractors also.

Terrific Product

The team arrived on time. They carefully removed my old gutters and repaired some wood rot to my fascia boards. Then they installed my new gutters and the leaf filter gutter guards. The color match of the gutters to the house trim was amazing. It looked like they were painted the same color. The gutter material arrives as a spool of aluminum. It is run through a machine that presses the flat aluminum into the gutter shape. It is a continuous piece so there are no seams in the gutters. Therefore, no leakage. The team made a few alterations that I asked them to do. Overall, the installation was great. I highly recommend leaf filter gutters and gutter guards. - Marvin S.

Great Customer Service!

The salesman came to my home and gave me a quote after sizing up the measurements and condition of my gutters. He gave me the winter discount saving me over $1500 and when I signed he called in the order and the supervisor with a crew showed up next day with snowstorms threatening the following day. They stayed until the job was complete and beat the bad weather by a few hours. They had taken the gutters down and installed the filters before reinstalling the gutters with new straps fixing them to the roof. A couple days later after a windstorm dislodged a section of gutter feeding into a lower gutter on the back porch, I called supervisor Rich who came out next morning and reconnected the problem piece in less than an hour ahead of another snow/ rainstorm by 2 hours. All the service and work were commendable, and I would recommend LeafFilter to anyone. - Robert B.

Two gentlemen showed up promptly for the installation. Very courteous, very efficient, very professional and very quiet.

The installation of the gutter guards was done in a timely manner.

In the fall, leaves and debris collect on them every bit as bad as without. I called in the fall of 2021 and had them come out.

They cleaned them off, said they couldnt adjust them, and to call each year to have them cleaned. NOT what I paid for! An even bigger issue is ICE in the winter. Not only does a thick, at least 5-6 inches of ice form along the roofline because the snow and water have nowhere to go, it leaks behind them, and I have terrible ice all down the front of my house, which is wood siding and is getting ruined!!

They are flat across, no angle and in the fall I was told they cannot be adjusted!! These are a ripoff!!!

  • Having to rake ice from gutter in winter

Not at all happy with this company

Gutters installed without the leaf guard we paid for. Gutter pulled away from building.

Nothing but the run around with empty promises to fix the issues from customer service. Been getting the run around since Dec and its now Feb.

Still not getting any help. Nearly $6000.00 is not easy money for us and to get treated this way is beyond unacceptable!!!

Preferred solution: Tempted to put all the above. But really just want the work we paid for done and done correctly. The stress this is inflicting is unbelievable.

LeafFilter was great! The guy showed up early. My gutter was not pitched correctly so he fixed it so it would drain properly. He sured it up like new and of course put the filter on, so now I have a "like new" gutter. Very satisfied! Great value too. - Frank C.

Lifetime No Clog Guarantee (not really)

They got me. I had a high gutter on the back of my house and thought it would be wise to look into a NO CLOG system.

Although I didn't believe there was such a thing...the young salesman came out, did a fantastic job in selling this amazing system and got me, I bit. I had a clog within a year, they sent someone out, and it was no problem. Wow, I sure was proud of my investment. Today, heavy rain and the same issue area clogged again, resulting in overflow onto my back porch.

EXACT reason I spent all this money to get a "LIFETIME NO CLOG GUARANTEE". Called in for a service call and was advised that there is a $95/call out fee. I have never heard that, re-read my entire contract and don't see that and am highly displeased with this tactic.

I have recommended this to every one of my neighbors and all of my friends and again, was highly proud that I invested in a product like this until today. I do not appreciate a company doing business this way and think the whole thing is horse ***
