I signed a contract with Penny to have gutter guards installed on our home with an initial scheduled appointment date on my contract of Monday 7/13/20. No one showed with no contact. When, I called LeafFilter said they had a date of 7/14/20. On Tuesday 7/14/20., Once again no one showed with no contact. I called again and talked with Ralph, the scheduler manager and set up an appointment for Friday 7/17 at 9:00 am
(Ralph made it clear we would be the first appointment on Friday). You guessed it, it is now 1:45 pm and no one from LeafFilter has shown up with no contact. Called LeafFilter and asked for names and phone numbers of regional managers. I received names but no contact information.
Now, comes the kicker...at 2:00 I received a call from Ralph who proceeded to tell me that the installer failed to bring a big enought ladder on his truck and, we would have to reschedule for Monday 7/20/20
When, i called LeafFilter corporate offices, I had to leave a voicemail. I have received no reply.
User's recommendation: Caveat emptor: LET THE BUYER BEWARE.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
LeafFilter Cons: Delivery of product.
