Looking for a reasonable price I believe that over $8000 for gutters really unreasonable you should rethink your pricing

My gutters were installed after I finally caved in to sells tactics constantly pressuring me going down and going down and cutting the price you got to get it now because if I leave so does this offer I had previously gotten someone else to install gutters they were plastic and after a year or so of heat and weather they started shifting were warping looked bad so i caved in to the sells tactics i shouldve checked out leaf filter more they rushed to get my money now one side holds water i have called numerous times cant get service department to call back or answer the phone they have been emailed and number left a appointment was finally made and then a no show for anyone thinking about using this company call the service department or warranty department and you will see luckily i kept the installer phone number he informed me i need another downspout and to call customer service have been doing that for a week now whatever you do am begging you to save yourself some grief these people and there salesman scammers I have taken this hit for you and you have been warned am going to violate my warranty because am getting someone else to do this work minus 5 stars on service warranty and salesman order new service everyone will call you will have to block the call leaf filter is a total scam cares nothing about customers or the product which quadruple what it should be they started at $9,000 I settle at $3,000

I need to cancel the service call for tomorrow July 13, 2026. Your service is no longer needed. I do not want to be charged for a service call or have someone make a wasted trip

Gap in filter collecting pine needles causing down spout to be plugged. The gap needs to be closed and the down spout cleaned

Leaffiltrer installed gutters. Rain caused gutters to fall off house.

Leaffilter has a Lifetime Warrenty with my job number SRV03124 less than 3 years ago. Leaffilter says that the Lifetime, Tranferable Warrenty is only good for 12 months. NO WHERE on the paper warrenty left me OR their website does it say only good for a years. It say LIFETIME WARRENTY numerous times with it being a lie.

Leaffilter said they could send their team to my house but I will have to pay for their trip here AND REPAIR COSTS!!!

Can they do this? If they can, I don't know how the Pissed off peoples group can have any credability.

Minor issues growing and many promises but no call backs and they missed 2 scheduled appointments without even a courtesy call to explain why!!

LeafFilter has not reached out to me about my complaint. It's been three full days now. Very *** professionalism.

After several visits to correct the problem 4 or 5, they still exists. When they did the installation the guy was in a hurry to finish failed to pickup screws.

Then several adjustments afterwards now the support post on my patio has been damaged due to large overflow of water from the gutter. The downspout goes into the ground and it has to clogged therefore causing the overflow no one has tried to address that.

The LeafFilter product itself works well. However, don't expect nearly the same service level and professionalism from them after the sale/installation.

I called customer service and waited for 30 minutes to speak to a person. I eventually selected the option to have them call me back. I did not get a call back until the next day.

They informed me that since my system was installed more than a year ago, it would be a $125 charge for them to come to my home. (Something they definitely did not make clear during the sales process.) The company came out and reattached my gutter, but they left a gap between it and the shingles where water would run (and get into my house).

When I pointed it out to them, they said they could not fix that. I had to go get some flashing and fix it myself!

Product is useless I had less problems when I didnt have them on they are not made for houses in the middle of the ***. They say the stuff runs off the mush.

Well thats fault. It just builds up until the water just runs over the gutters and floods everything down below I wish I had never put them on.

I was better off before I have been trying to get a hold of the company but with no no luck nobody answered my emails. Ill try to call I get disconnected so I will probably end up taking them off.

I am cancelling my service at this time due to financial issues. However I will consider your company for services in the future.

Have weekend house, the Gutters were installed. Our neighbor had '45 Wye PVC Clean Outs with Screw Caps' which was visited, discussed and assumed would be installed.

Sales Rep *** made phone calls (perhaps CA Gov *** fake phone call) came back and said 'extra digging to get adaptors. NOT provided NOT installed. Have attempted contacts to phone numbers1-80*-***-**** three attempts; *** - three attempts; *** - three attempts. Have sent negative email to Corp Hq.

Also, our drive had new 'COAL Tar Sealer' on driveway.

NOT discussed, NOT authorized.

PS, Driveway Tar Sealer made from 'COAL' are NOT long term compatible with standard Crude Oil Refinery Asphalt Cement. My company makes Paving Mixes - more than 9 million tons since I came back from RVN in 1967

Satisfied, will continue to work with them in future. Third job they have done for us in the last several years.

I have been trying to call LeafFilter for the past two days and have been on hold each time for over 30 minutes. Their message says they're helping other customers and will respond as soon as possible or if you leave your phone number they will call you back.

Well they did call me back and said this: "Hello we're sorry there are currently no agents available please remain on the line and your call will be answered in the order in which it was received." Again had to wait. No Pissed Customer terms of service on this site but I will check the box in order to submit my feview
