LeafFilter replaced one gutter and place gutter guards on 1/4 of my house for a price of $5000, but they did a family member house, the entire house for $1400, I was told that this was the correct pricing and my family members house was completed, by using parts that were left over from another project. I spoke a supervisor his name was Colonna Steven, I received no resolutions from with this problem, we spoke several times

I signed a contract on August 6. System was installed poorly, including putting it under my shingles so my shingles now curl up.

I have talked with 14 different people, 2 individuals twice and 1 individual 4 times. They do not show for appointment. They do not fix the system. Their customer service individuals always say "I am so sorry" but nothing changes.

I have been lied to, treated rudely and intimidated. I would like them to come get their materials and get out of my life!!

Do not buy!! Shame on Consumer Reports for giving them a solid rating!!

Two and half hours with the salesman, more than three hours with Lowes', installer arrived proceeded to cut himself (not wearing gloves) and packed up and left. After he left found our glass top table was broken even though we asked 'do you want us to remove anything?'.

Installer returned this morning with others and basically told us since the glass table was covered with a tarp and he did not know about it the breakage was going to be adjudicated through corporate. I said to my husband I don't trust them since the installer who had cut himself did not have any kind of bandage on his 'cut'.

Not even a band-aid.

Well, they have left now and I don't think they will be returning. Job not done, broken table and lots of wasted hours.

LeafFilter seems to be a great product; Consumer reports rates it high. It is very expensive!!

Their brochures say they will not walk on the roof nor will the product be installed under the shingles. The installer did both. Trying to get the installation fixed has been a nightmare. It has been two weeks.

I have talked to 7 different people. The last person threatened me with putting a lien on my house.

I have been lied to, demeaned, ignored and threatened. A lesser product may be a better choice for you

I have had LeafFilter gutters for several years. The gutters are overflowing just as they did before LF installation.

You can see the gutters overflowing when it is raining and see the stains on the gutters all the time.

In one area where LeafFilter did downspout work, the water gushes onto the wall and a window.

I was hoping that the guarantee means that you will be able to send a crew out to unclog the gutters.

Unfortunately, LeafFilter really does not have any customer service at all.

All of their phone numbers and all other contact information is for sales and not service after the sales.

It should be noted that there advertising about never having to clean your gutters again is completely and utterly false. Lifetime guarantee is also a complete scam since there is no way to exercise that guarantee.

Please, do yourself a favor and do not do any business with LeafFilter!

False advertising, claims you never have to us a ladder again, not true, debrie clogs gutters and water goes over top, terrible customer service, paid 10,000 dollars for this system, it doesn't do as advertised, we want our money back, they want to charge you for coming out to even look at the problem,

I had someone doing some jobs for me and as he looked up, he noticed a piece of the cover had blown up. It was bent up over the roof

If you have trees near your home they will notwork as everything builds up on top of screen and water goes right over the top leaf filter will not do anything have talked to several people at leaf filter some say to bad others say you have to maintain them others say when can give you a type of rack to get the leafs etc so forth off the top of screens problem they wont reach 20 to 25 feet this is a very bad product and leaf filter will do nothing wasted 2500.00 dollars dont get burnt with this prouduct

LeafFilter only cares about collecting your money. The product is cheap plastic that bends and warps.

They hire random people off the street that show up with ladders tied to the roof of their car. The salesman are beyond pushy and to get charged over $25/ft for something you can hire a local company to do the exact same thing for less than half the price, Im pissed.

This company is a sham. Lawsuit after lawsuit.

LeafFilter came out razzle dazzle, the sky is falling, you need these on your gutters to save your home. It will protthe fascia,etc.

Two kids came with stuff they just bought at Home Depot- they verbally told us. Yes Home Depot sells the Exact materials at less than $3 a foot. They slapped up a mess, crooked crazy half metal, half plastic extenders for downspouts. In 2 places, we never had them, they DIDN'T WORK.

The pitch of the house doesn't allow water to run there. They came back out in a couple days to look at the mess, they REMOVED the downspouts we were charged for, said a. Reimbursement check would be sent out. HaHaHa.

Nothing. I called over 100 times, no one EVER got back to us. One rep read notes saying they removed old downspouts. We just bought this house, I have the pictures of NO DOWNSPOUTS.

They continue to lie and avoid my emails and calls. They've been out at least 4 times, for leaks, the gutter coming off, etc. These are junk. No Super Silicone they supposedly invented.

It's a SCAM. You can buy the stuff at Home Depot for a tiny fraction of what they took. Almost 7 thousand dollars- For NOTHING. The salesman JIM THEOPHILE is a Weasel.

Liar and a coward. I contacted him multiple times, he's just a terrible person and don't allow him on your property. This whole thing has been a NIGHTMARE. The gutters pile up with tree crap all over it.

They leak when it rains.

WORST DECISION EVER. Scamming tbe ELDERLY.

Something didn't look right so I climbed the ladder and found that one of the panel ends was curled up, allowing leaves to go in the gutter. I called the Baton Rouge, LA office and they told me I would have to pay $95. It is obvious that the curled up panel is due to defective material or shoddy installation so I told them not to send a repairman

We were having new siding put on our home and the contractor showed us why the gutters were not working. The screens were clogged.

When I called LF about the situation, they didnt want to hear it.

I definitely would not recommend. I have pictures but apparently I cannot share.

Trying to get a repair done is horrible been 3 weeks no communication and lies .. I was told I could only talk to a district manager if they dont show up and they didnt show up and still no district manager .

They were here the next day to install them when I bought them but boy not in the industry to help service their product . Then get told if I get someone else to do it then it voids the warranty . Terrible .

Call the 800 number and get told Im on the schedule today and check with bob because he didnt say that and he said your not on the schedule I do the schedule so they are just saying that to get you off the phone ! Terrible service .
