Initial installation was fine but delayed by a day. Once it began raining in the Spring I realized that the installer missed an area for the gutter seal so rain water was pouring out of my gutter where the seal should have been.
I called the original installation team and they never arrived to fix. I called the customer service phone number and they passed my information to the service team so that I would be contacted. One repair person came out but didnt have the right ladder (seems important) to reach the gutters in my two story home.
He said that they would be in contact with me but I havent heard from anyone in eight days even though I continue to call for resolution. After spending more than 8k on leaffilter; I regret my purchase and encourage others to look elsewhere.
User's recommendation: Do Not Use Leaffilter.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
LeafFilter Cons: I did not like customer service, Not worth the cost.
